10000 Touch Challenge

10000 Touch Challenge

Challenge your team!

The 10000 Touch Challenge is an innovative 8-week off-ice hockey team training program that is designed to help players significantly improve their stickhandling skills.

The program is delivered through the Pucks.pro online training website, which provides players with:

  • Weekly plan: Each week players will focus on training a stick handling technique for 15-30 minutes per day, 75-150 minutes per week.
  • Detailed instructional videos: Detailed instructional videos on how to properly execute each technique are available.
  • Weekly team challenge: While players work individually on their weekly touch targets, their combined progress contributes to a shared team objective visualized by a circle graph.
  • Progress tracking: Players can track their progress online and see how many touches they have completed each day. They can monitor the weekly team challenge progress and can compare their individual progress with their teammates through leaderboards.

Coaches also have access to players' training logs, which allows them to:

  • Monitor their team's performance
  • Provide guidance and encouragement
  • Identify areas where players need to improve

The 10000 Touch Challenge is a cost-effective way for teams to improve their stickhandling skills. The program price is for the entire team for one season (up to 25 members).

Here are some additional benefits of the 10000 Touch Challenge:

  • The program is flexible and can be adapted to fit the needs of any team.
  • The program is self-paced, so players can work at their own pace.
  • The program is fun and engaging, so players will be motivated to stick with it.

If you are looking for a way to help your team improve their stickhandling skills, the 10000 Touch Challenge is a great option.
